Description
Users can create simple or complex surveys online, send out a link to the survey through email, and allow others to respond via the web. Results can be presented online or downloaded for use in Excel or other analysis programs.
Uses and Potential Benefits
Online surveys can be a useful way of gathering information from many people in a short period of time. Survey questions, if written correctly, can provide quantitative data about the surveyed group. Example: a foundation might as an external organization to use an online survey to anonymously assess their relationships with their grantees.
